BOUNTY INSTRUCTIONS:

The Play Excess reward system features two distinct paths: Bounties (Missions) and Bonus Bounties (Complimentary Rewards). Review the parameters below to become a certified Bounty Hunter.

BOUNTY MISSIONS:

  • Requirement to Claim: Complete a specific, skill-based task (e.g., video, trick, photo mission).

  • Required Social Follow: MANDATORY—You must be following the Play Excess Instagram account to claim.

  • Claim Limit: Multiple claims are possible. You can complete and claim multiple Bounties, unless the specific challenge requires an order.

  • Availability: All Bounties are First Come, First Serve.

  • Claim Submission: Message us your Instagram handle upon completion. You will receive a celebratory "Winner's Post."

  • Shipping Fees (US): No shipping fees required for Bounties that do not require an order.

  • Shipping Fees (International): International winners are responsible for covering shipping fees.

BONUS BOUNTIES:

  • Requirement to Claim: Complete a specific order requirement (e.g., purchase an item, hit a spending threshold).

  • Required Social Follow: OPTIONAL—Following is encouraged and appreciated, but not required to claim the reward.

  • Claim Limit: Strictly One Per Order. Only one Bonus Bounty can be claimed per single placed order. To claim two, you must place two separate orders.

  • Availability: All Bonus Bounties are First Come, First Serve.

  • Claim Submission: Enter the required text in the 'Add a note' field at checkout, or message us before placing your order.

  • Shipping Fees: Standard shipping rules apply, as these are order-required items.

How to Claim Your Reward (For Both Paths)

  • To ensure your claim is logged and validated, use one of the following two options:

  • OPTION 1: Using Etsy Notes (Recommended for Order Claims)

  • At the checkout screen, find the 'Add a note' section and enter the required text for your claim.
    (If on mobile, you may need to switch to desktop mode to access this option.)

  • OPTION 2: Messaging Us (Required for Skill Submissions)

  • For Bounties (Skill-based): You must message us on Instagram or Etsy to submit proof of completion (e.g., video, photo, etc.).

  • For all other claims: Message us with the required claim text before placing your order if you cannot use the Etsy Notes field.
